Solar pumps inject production chemicals into remote wells

Where there's no electrical power - Solar D chemical injection pumps feed a wide variety of production chemicals into remote oil and gas wells.

Developed as part of a joint engineering effort with sister company Ferguson Beauregard, the new pumps operate with maximum chemical containment. They provide precise and consistent chemical-injection rates at up to 1,200 psi and reduced field service/downtime.

Solar D's sealless diaphragm technology eliminates chemical leaks plus offers a wide chemical compatibility range. Intelligent controls give maximum visibility into the system as well as real-time well site monitoring to decrease costly on-site service time.

Models comprise an efficient and accurate brushless motor, standard corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel and PTFE chemical ends, hydraulically balanced diaphragm for reduced wear, plus no dynamic seals for reduced leak points.
