Natural gas transducers have single seal ANSI/ISA compliance

Compliance with ANSI/ISA 12.27.01-2003 is announced for Type-950XP explosionproof I/P transducers.

The natural-gas-applicable instruments feature a built-in volume-booster. It provides up to 10 scfm air flow capacity to drive large valves, cylinders, and actuators.

Models utilize a 4 to 20 mA input signal. They have 3 to 15, 3 to 27, and 6 to 30-psig standard output ranges with optional field-selectable settings.

ANSI/ISA 12.27.01-2003 with which Type-950XP complies, provides specific requirements for process sealing between electrical systems and flammable or combustible process fluids where a failure could allow migration of process fluids directly into the electrical system.
