Modular 4-mm universal borescopes have been upgraded. They are single scope designs with variable fields of view and angles of view.

Their interchangeable optic objectives enable cost-effective angle changes with a single borescope. This instrument’s optics have been improved to deliver greater luminosity. They also feature threaded tips and 135 to 1,460-mm working lengths.

Key design features include interchangeable objective tips, rotatable objective sleeves, and extension adaptors. The interchangeable objectives come in 0°, 12°, 30°, 45°, 70°, or 90° direction of view and 10° to 85° field of view. Rotatable objective sleeves come in the same directions of view. Rotatable mirror tubes are offered in 70°, 90°, and 110° directions of view.

Models are also on the market in 5.5, 8, and 10-mm diameters.
