New Draeger X-zone 5000 wirelessly and automatically connects multiple gas monitors for continuous hydrocarbon or hydrogen sulfide detection and oxygen depletion.
They’re placed around potentially dangerous offshore areas or where maintenance or shutdown work is being done. As soon as one of the rugged, waterproof units detects a gas, it immediately transmits an alarm to each of the others, warning all in the area that a danger exists. At the same time, a loud evacuation alarm is emitted and a patented 360° alarm amplifier ensures it’s heard in all directions.
