Lubricant metal particles presence told by device

AMOT Metal Particle Detectors signal presence of metal particles, metal chips, or metal dust in lubricating fluids due to bearing wear or other engine part problems. The patented devices enhance maintenance and minimize downtime as they prevent catastrophic failures and help avoid unnecessary costly repairs.

MPD delivers fast, powerful information on overall wear situation of lubricated equipment.

It is a simple, straightforward device that’s easily installed in a side stream of the lube oil/fluid on such reciprocating equipment as gas or diesel engines and reciprocating or rotating compressors, pumps, turbines, transmissions, or gearboxes. It is compact, lightweight, and rugged with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and no moving parts. Its grid sensing technology detects all conductive materials including nonmetallic particles, in nonconductive fluid lubrication systems.
