Low-maintenance refining venturi orifice steam traps

GEM venturi steam traps for refineries are announced to help avoid repair and replacement challenges of mechanical types.

Models use venturi orifice design to effectively drain condensate from the steam system. They maximize energy and conserve water. This compares to less efficient valve mechanisms to close-off steam, with associated repair and replacement situations.

Since GEM steam traps have no moving parts to wedge open or fail, they provide reliability that requires minimal maintenance and no spares, testing, or monitoring equipment.

Models comprise corrosion-resistant stainless steel. They are guaranteed for 10 years. Full details are free.
