NSPS 2011-compliant gas compression engines unveiled

QSL9G engines for gas compression are newly launched. They meet EPA New Source Performance Standard 2011 regulations (1.0 gr/hp-hr NOx, 2.0 gr/hp-hr CO, and 0.7 gr/hp-hr VOC) for stationary spark-ignited engines below 500 hp (373 kW). They also meet Texas Commission on Environmental Quality nonattainment requirement of 0.5 gr/hp-hr NOx. Rated 175 hp (130 kW) at 1,800 rpm, QSL9G is a turbocharged and aftercooled rich-burn gas compression driver.
