MSHA approves gas detector

Approval No. 22-A090001-0 has been assigned by MSHA to this MX4 iQuad multi-gas detector. This permits the instruments’ use in U.S. mines under Title 30 CFR Part 22.

MX4 detects carbon monoxide, oxygen, and 0 to 5% volume methane. Adding a nitrogen dioxide sensor customizes this unit for mines where diesel-powered equipment is used.

These gas detectors are small, rugged, and simple to use. A rubber overmold covers their polycarbonate housing to protect against high-impact bumps and drops. MX4 is certified IP66 and IP67.

Additional multi-gas detector specifics are yours free.
