Rotary technology products control catalyst handling

RotaryTECH is one of this manufacturer’s rotary control technology products that provides volumetric control for catalyst handling.

It comprises metal-seated floating ball valve design with customized orifice, or obturator, designed specifically to your flow requirements.

RotaryTECH delivers the ability to control downstream temperature. It also regulates solids and liquids, gas and steam in low differential pressure or gravity-fed modulating applications, and flow control, pressure reduction, and level control. It is the result of a major FCC Unit licensor’s request to develop a rotary ball valve design that would be suitable for catalyst handling applications in FCCU — specifically flue gas control and throttling spent catalyst withdrawal.

RotaryTECH can be manufactured 2 to 10-in. It is designed for -58° to +1,620°F. / -50° to +882°C. and meets ASME 150 to 900. Full details are free.
