New ratcheting pipe wrenches self-adjust

Proto Grip ratcheting pipe wrenches are out to “help make workers work faster and more efficiently with less

effort.”
The pair of self-adjusting tools have no nut. Instead they comprise spring-loaded hook jaw. It automatically adjusts its opening to the work size and tightens as you bear down on the handle. The jaw is from forged steel for strength. It includes a special design to tightly grip the work. The spring-loaded jaw keeps the wrench on the work even when you let go. You can leave it in place. A thumb trigger offers quick removal.
Proto Grips come in 10 and 14-in. lengths with 1/2 to 2-in. jaw capacities. Full pipe wrench data are free.
