Progressing cavity pumps, aids

Fourteen progressing cavity pumps are specified and shown in this datasheet for effective oil lift applications.

They offer lift from 600 ft / 1,950 m to 9,800 ft / 3,000 m.
Their manufacturer notes availability of PC pump drive heads for every application from 5 to 300 hp, belt drives up to 150 hp, and zero spill or environmental cartridge style top-mounted stuffing box for easy service.
Gear-driven models offer long service with low maintenance while centrifugal braking systems deliver safe and reliable back spin control.
The company’s patented Rod Lock combines a polished rod BOP, flow tee, and polished rod clamp into a compact component. With Rod Lock you can remove any PC pump drive head with only a small crane — service rig is not required. Polished rod clamp is rated top 40,000-lb, rotational lock out is rated at 1,000 ft-lb, and BOP is rated to 3,000 psi.
