Free de-oiling hydrocyclones

STREAMLINER de-oiling hydrocyclones are presented in this free datasheet as newly developed for retrofit of

existing installations or integrated into a complete produced water system.
Models separate low oil concentrations from produced water by using high centrifugal forces. Complete explanation of how STREAMLINER functions is summarized.
Among numerous produced water benefits delivered are annular axial inlets which reduce turbulence and multiple inlet ports which improve wear resistance. The de-oiling hydrocyclone’s swirl inducer can be inspected without liner disassembly. Its retractable swirl inducer also allows for internal liner inspection and easier jet cleaning.
Dimensions of the pressure vessel and number of hydrocyclone liners employed are determined by flow rate and produced water characteristics, it’s noted.
