Turbocharger management for large stationary engines offered

TurboShield turbocharger management system allows large stationary engine operators to identify the most economical time to overhaul a turbocharger, forecast engine emissions for compliance, and detect engine port carboning effects.

As a hardware/software configuration, it uses engineering and physics fundamentals to analyze collected operating data to make informed turbocharger decisions.

Selected temperature, pressure, and speed sensors are precisely placed inside a turbocharger casing. They continuously send operating data to TurboShield, located nearby. Validated and processed data are then sent to a central computer, engine controller, or SCADA system for further processing.

System software normalizes and analyzes data to determine turbocharger degradation, engine air flow rates, and flow rate restrictions within the engine system. Full TurboShield specifics are yours free.
